Brand reputation:
Real Lady is a sister company of Irontech Dolls. They specialize in ultra-realistic silicone sex dolls. One unique feature is that their dolls are sculpted from molds taken from real people, hence the brand’s name: Real Lady.
Realism:
The realism of their dolls is breathtaking. The craftsmanship is excellent. The skin is incredibly soft, and the multiple layers of body painting make them look extremely realistic. These dolls were molded from a real body, and it clearly shows.
Weight:
They did a very good job with the weight reduction. Personally, I prefer dolls that are no heavier than 50 pounds, but most of their dolls are quite thick, so I’m not even sure that would be possible.
Skin softness:
The skin is soft and the breasts measure around 8 on the SHORE 00 scale.
Skeleton:
The joints were perfectly adjusted.

Brand reputation:
Top-Cydoll is a new brand. They offer high-quality silicone dolls. It’s difficult to know how they will hold up over time, but so far all feedback has been nothing but positive.
Realism:
They offer a high level of realism, and all of their dolls come with implanted hair by default. In contrast, their most realistic skin option, the textured skin, is optional and slightly more expensive.
Weight:
I was very impressed by the weight of the 168F model, it’s truly impressive 👍 Some of their models are still on the heavier side, so make sure to check the specifications when buying your doll.
Skin softness:
The skin is soft and the breasts measure around 9 on the SHORE 00 scale.

They recently introduced a fantastic series called SLE, which features soft silicone, stunning models, and all premium options at a budget-friendly price.
This is mainly why they rank in our top three brands: their budget-friendly pricing for silicone dolls.
Realism:
Their dolls look incredibly realistic, and the finish is outstanding.
Weight:
Unfortunately, their dolls are on the heavier side, and the company has yet to find a way to make them lighter.
Skin softness:
The skin quality is impressive, with the breasts scoring 8 on the SHORE 00 scale. While there were issues with their previous skin mix, the factory consistently stood behind its products, offering full doll replacements for customers experiencing premature skin cracks.
Skeleton:
The skeleton, however, remains quite stiff, which is a notable drawback for this series.
LHP:
The LHP (Love Hole Placement) on the models we have reviewed has always been accurate.
Durability:
With the introduction of their new 2.0 skin, the factory assures that durability will be significantly improved.

Brand reputation:
Starpery took the market by storm a few years ago with their hyper-realistic dolls. We immediately purchased one of their dolls for review. The brand is highly innovative, constantly working to enhance its products, and has come a long way since its inception.
Realism:
The realism is truly stunning. They were the first to build affordable silicone dolls, and in terms of realism, they remain one of the best, if not the best, in the industry.
Weight:
They are currently developing a new weight reduction technology that looks very promising. If they can achieve results similar to Tayu’s, it would be fantastic to have access to lightweight silicone dolls at an affordable price.
If they indeed achieve the level of quality we are expecting, I will update this page, and Starpery will rank higher on our Best Sexdolls of 2025 list!
Skin softness:
Additionally, they are working on developing ultra-soft silicone. The firmness of their skin was my primary concern when I first reviewed a Starpery doll. I am expecting to receive a brand-new Starpery doll for review in the coming weeks. Once I have reviewed the new model, I will upload the updated review and share my thoughts. At the moment, the breasts scores an 12 on the SHORE 00 scale.
Skeleton:
The skeleton is slightly stiff, but I’m eager to see how their new skeleton design performs.
LHP:
The LHP (Love Hole Placement) on these models is correct.
Durability:
The Starpery sex dolls are durable, and we have never received any negative feedback regarding Starpery’s longevity.

Starpery offers their doll bodies in both silicone and TPE, with the TPE version being much more affordable. However, their heads are exclusively made of silicone. They provide all the standard options expected with their dolls.

Brand reputation:
Lusandy is a new brand that was launched by the same company as WM, which is a very well known and reputable brand.
Realism:
The level of realism is impressive. Not as much as a RealLady but still, they did a good job.
Weight:
All manufacturers are now actively working on efficient ways to reduce weight while maintaining soft, lifelike skin. The doll in the review below weighs 77 lbs (35 kg), which is reasonable for a model this thick.
That said, Tayu achieves better results in weight reduction. However, their finishing isn’t as refined as this one, and Tayu dolls are significantly more expensive.
As always, it’s a matter of trade-offs.
Skin softness:
Silicone skin is becoming more and more impressive. Their blend is very soft. I don’t know how they achieve it, but they manage to make the boobs, butt, and vagina softer, while other area, like the thighs and belly, remain firmer. It closely mimics a real human body. Thighs are typically firmer than breasts, for example.
It’s also interesting to note that they’ve found a way to use soft foam as a weight-reducing material, which is excellent news for us users.
At the moment, the breasts scores an 10 on the SHORE 00 scale.

The joints are properly adjusted and make no squeaking sounds

The weight is reasonable, with an average of about 75 lbs for a large silicone doll.

This feature was a major deciding factor in securing them the top spot on our Best Sex Dolls list last year. However, with the launch of many new high-quality brands and prices that remain very high, Tayu has lost a few positions this year.

Best Sexdolls of 2026 – WMDOLL
Brand reputation:
WM Doll is a very well-known and respected brand in the industry. They are constantly innovating and introducing new options that competitors often imitate.
Realism:
Their dolls are primarily made from TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), although they have recently developed a new series of silicone dolls. Due to the limitations of TPE as a skin material, the level of realism may not be as high compared to silicone dolls. However, this is only noticeable in direct comparison; otherwise, their dolls look amazing.
Weight:
They offer dolls across all weight categories, ranging from 30 lbs to 120 lbs, depending on the size of the doll.
Skin softness:
Their new S-TPE skin is set to become the industry standard. WM’s S-TPE is incredibly soft, non-oily, and highly durable. The breasts score an 8 on the SHORE 00 scale. It’s important to note, however, that despite its advantages, S-TPE has the same overall properties as standard TPE and does not offer greater realism.
It is also significantly heavier. For a 150cm doll, you should expect the doll to be about 10 lbs heavier.
Skeleton:
WM’s skeletons are always well-adjusted and reliable.
LHP:
The latest models feature correct LHP (Love Hole Placement), while some of the older models may not. Feel free to ask us if you’re unsure about a specific model.
Durability:
WM dolls are quite durable and are now likely to be even more so thanks to the new S-TPE skin. However, it’s still essential to handle them with care to ensure longevity.
WM deserves a mention for their very attractive TPE models, which have dropped significantly in price since the launch of their new silicone series. A doll that sold for $2,000 two years ago can now be found for around $1,400.
Some people prefer TPE (or STPE) over silicone for sexual use because TPE is softer. Once again, it’s a trade-off: do you prioritize realism, or comfort during sex? Some silicone dolls do offer very comfortable experiences, but the skin is generally not as soft as TPE.
This may change this year, as I know some factories are now offering super-soft silicone options. Still, I felt it was worth mentioning at least one brand that offers TPE dolls—and without any doubt, WM is the best among them.
